An Palestinian-American youth after completing 270 days in Israel's custody absent formal charges has been freed.

Mohammed Ibrahim was 15 at the time of his arrest last February throughout the West Bank territory, while he was vacationing on holiday from Florida for allegedly throwing stones toward Israeli settlers, which he previously denied.

The US state department expressed satisfaction with Mohammed's liberation.

Now sixteen years old, needed medical care for treatment immediately after release, according to close relatives.

According to them, he appears visibly pale and thin, and is suffering from conditions developed during imprisonment.

In a statement, the youth's uncle conveyed their "immense relief".

Family member Zeyad Kadur said the family had been "living a horrific and endless nightmare" over the last nine months.

"Right now, we're concentrating on ensuring Mohammed receives urgent medical care he needs following exposure to mistreatment by authorities and cruel circumstances throughout his detention."

The state department announced ongoing to provide consular support to Mohammed's family.

{"American leadership gives utmost importance to ensuring the safety for United States citizens"," the department emphasized.

Twenty-seven US lawmakers submitted a formal letter to US authorities and President Donald Trump, requesting additional efforts to release him.

Mr Ibrahim, with four children managing a frozen treats business from Florida, had earlier stated his child admitted guilt to throwing stones because the soldiers beat him.

The father hadn't visited or spoken to Mohammed following the detention, receiving updates exclusively what had happened to him through judicial records.

The teenager remained without charge within Ofer penitentiary throughout the occupied territory.

The facility also contains mature inmates, featuring prisoners sentenced for major terrorist activities and murder.

Approximately 350 Palestinian child security detainees detained within Israeli facilities, per correctional service statistics.

Many have never been charged along with monitoring agencies, as well as the United Nations, document cases involving physical abuse and torture.

After the teenager's freedom, Mr Kadur said relatives would persist in advocating seeking justice for their relative family member Sayfollah.

This young American-Palestinian according to health authorities was beaten to death by radical settlers amid clashes last July.

During that period, defense forces stated they were examining information regarding a civilian had died.

Mohammed and Sayfollah were employed together in the family ice cream shop in Tampa, Florida.

No indictments occurred for the cousin's murder.

"We demand United States leadership to ensure our family's safety," family representatives emphasized.
