Nearly 90 Flights Linked to Epstein Reportedly Came to or from UK Airports

A review has found that nearly 90 aircraft journeys associated to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have arrived at and departed from UK airfields, with some reportedly carrying women from the UK who claim they were abused by the found guilty sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Trail of Movement

These aviation records were among a trove of court documents and files made public by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the past year. The investigation identified 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – including many that were previously unknown – coming into or leaving from British airfields between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and Post-Conviction Travel

Unnamed female passengers were documented among the individuals travelling into and out of the UK. Notably, 15 of these British airport journeys occurred following Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting sex from a underage person.

“It was ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” remarked American attorneys acting for hundreds of Epstein survivors.

British Victims and Court Cases

Evidence from one of the British victims helped convict Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that individual has never been contacted by UK authorities, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police said they had “not received any additional information that would support reopening the probe.” They added, “Should fresh and pertinent information be brought to our attention, including any arising from the disclosure of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Continuing Disclosure and Judicial Decisions

A bill to release all files held by the US government in relation to Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to comply. A vast number of papers are anticipated to be made public.

Additionally, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could make public evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
