Heartbroken HK Inhabitants in Disbelief as Massive Inferno Destroys Housing Blocks

Student an eyewitness was among the countless people drawn to the scene of a fatal inferno that engulfed much of the eight-building Wang Fuk Court in the city's Tai Po district.
